Our products to date are relate to optimizing packaging line efficiency by managing difficult queues. Overall line efficiencies are dramatically improved when queues can be used between machines to prevent downtimes from being additive. Some package designs or packaging machines are not handled in queues well and cause reliability issues of their own. We have solved two queue problems with the following products:

Flowtech™ Pouch Feeder

iQueue™ Dynamic Queue Control

Stores and re-feeds difficult to handle components; decouples lines between primary and secondary packaging; enables components to be manufactured off-site; reduces labor by 3 to 6 people per shift.

Measures total product in the downstream queue and feeds additional product based on need; no time delays as with "Hi-Low" type queue sensors; measures queue while in motion; ideal for high speed lines or product sensitive to backpressure.
